Patricia has been actively involved in High Performance Sport as a team therapist with Athletics Canada since 2013. Her most recent role with Athletics Canada has been as the Medical Lead for the Canadian Para-Athletics Team, a role that led her to work as the Para-Athletics Medical Lead at the Tokyo2020 Paralympic Games.

She has a special interest in sport and surgical rehabilitation and has advanced training in Manual Therapy and Dry Needling. Patricia is a bilingual (French/ English) manual physiotherapist with a special interest in orthopedic care and sports injury rehabilitation.

Patricia works one-on-one with each of her patients, focusing on a hands-on approach using myofascial release, manual therapy, movement patterns and exercise prescription to restore her patient's function. She is passionate about helping patients avoid injury before they occur and working with each patient to establish goals to return to optimal health. She has extensive experience helping people with orthopedic and neurological injuries and conditions, including spinal cord injuries and amputations.

  • Dry Needling/IMS Certification + Advanced Education in Manual Therapy
  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) + Certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
